Marine Servicenter has two new additions to our line-up: the complete Vanguard Sailboat Dealership and Ray Hines. Ray Hines is the new Vanguard Sailboat Representative and a sailboat rigger for Marine Servicenter in Anacortes. He has been involved with sailing and teaching the sport for the past 6 years as a US Sailing certified instructor and Licensed captain. He is a graduate of CSU San Marcos and has taught sailing for SDSU and UCSD in Mission Bay, California, Roosevelt Roads Yacht Club in Puerto Rico and his port of call, Minnesota. Ray also enjoys racing sailboats here in the Northwest, wakeboarding, kayaking and seldom passes up the opportunity to do anything on the water.
